Teleport Pink is an international express delivery service that allows you to send your parcels to your friends, family members, buyers & customers the next day at a flat rate.

Deliveries & pick-up, via Teleport Pink, are available everyday, inclusive of weekends & public holidays, unless stated otherwise. T&C's apply.

It will be RM40/SGD15 for each delivery.

If you place your order by cut-off time (12PM), your order will be picked up on the same day and your parcel will reach Singapore the next day. If you place your order after cut-off time (12PM), your order will be picked up tomorrow and your parcel will reach Singapore the day after tomorrow.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to change your pick-up time once your order has been assigned a driver.

The shipper and receiver will be notified when your parcel has been delivered.

Your order will be picked up on the same day if you place your order by 12PM. If you place your order after 12PM, your order will be picked up tomorrow.

You will receive an email on more details of the rejection. In addition, we will also be in touch with you to arrange for the next course of action. For smooth customs clearance, here's a list of dangerous goods & prohibited items which you are NOT allowed to send.

Our riders will contact the receiver prior to delivering their order. If the receiver, is not available to receive their parcel, they can arrange for their next delivery with the rider. Our riders will attempt to deliver the parcel 3 times.

You are allowed to send items within the specified weight & dimension limitations, and excluding perishables, dangerous goods & prohibited items which you are NOT allowed to send.

Perishable products are those which because of their characteristics and physical composition are likely to expire or spoil quickly and lose their original properties due to external factors such as humidity, temperature, or atmospheric pressure. Many foods are perishable products such as dairy products, oils, all types of meat and sausages, fish and shellfish, fruit, vegetables, juices, and prepared foods. Outside of food, fresh flowers and plants are also considered perishable products. Another range of foods that only require good air and humidity quality are considered semi-perishable products; these include nuts, tubers and some vegetables. In addition, some chemical materials, medical and pharmaceutical products and natural resins are also perishable products.

No, we do not accept cash on delivery

Yes, you can ship fragile items, within the specified weight & dimension limitations, at your own risk. Do ensure you wrap your item properly to minimize the risk of breaking.

The liability of TELEPORT to the CLIENT is strictly limited to direct losses only and all other types of losses or damages are excluded. TELEPORT’s liability in respect of any one Delivery Goods under this clause is limited to its actual cash value and must not exceed Ringgit Malaysia: Three Hundred only (RM300.00). Delivery Goods for shipment that go through TELEPORT shall declare the value of the content before any acceptance of the Delivery Good at the consignment note. Any undeclared shipment will default to a max value of Ringgit Malaysia: Two Hundred (RM200.00) only.

Go to Manage Order in your order confirmation email to cancel your order. If your order has yet to be assigned a driver, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

Next day delivery is subject to custom clearance and flight schedule. We shall not be held liable for, nor shall we be in default by reason of, any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under herein, if such failure or delay is caused by something beyond our control (including an act of god).

Your rider will be in touch with you within 3 hours if you place your order before 12pm to arrange for a pickup. If you've placed your order after 12pm, your rider will be in touch with you tomorrow by 11am to arrange for a pickup.
