Create A Single (Standard) Order

This guide is for Standard Domestic, Domestic+ or International service type order creation

 

  1. Visit our Teleport Delivery portal or sign in here to your account.
  2. Select your registered "Company Name"
  3. Click on the "Orders" button
  4. Click on the "Create" button
  5. Select "Teleport Standard" then click on the "Next" button
  6. Fill up the details of your sender (Pick-up address) or add from "Address Book"
  7. The mandatory fields for both Pick-up address and Delivery address are marked with an * then click on the "Next" button
    1. Geolocation accuracy - Exact location [Recommended]
    2. Country
    3. Postal / ZIP code
    4. State or province
    5. City
    6. Address
    7. Name
    8. Email
    9. Phone number (in E.164 format: +[country code][number])

    Tick "Save" to save new recurring addresses in address book 
  8. Select "Manual typing" while "Upload a CSV" is for bulk orders then click on the "Next" button

  9. Fill up the details of your recipient (Delivery address) or add from "Address Book"
  10. Repeat Step 7 and additional mandatory fields for Delivery address are marked with an * then click on the "Next" button
    1. Cash on delivery (COD) - Without [Recommended]
    2. Packaging - Single-piece shipment (non-MPS) [Recommended]
    3. Service - Door-to-door (default) [Recommended]
  11. Fill up details of your items and click on the "+ Add Order Item" button. The mandatory fields for order items are marked with an *
    1. Quantity
    2. Package type - Box, Envelope or Pallet
    3. Weight (kg)
    4. Length (cm)
    5. Width (cm)
    6. Height (cm)
    7. Commodity type - Item description
    8. Commodity currency
    9. Commodity value - Item value
    10. Customer reference 1 - Order # [Recommended]

  12. Review your order details then click on the "Next" button
  13. Select your preferred Pickup Date then click on the "Estimate Price" before clicking on the "Next" button
  14. Review your Shipping Amount and scroll down to select your preferred "Payment Method" then click on the "Pay" button
  15. You have now completed your single Standard order. Click on the "Consignment Note" button to proceed for printing
