This guide is for Standard Domestic, Domestic+ or International service type order creation
- Visit our Teleport Delivery portal or sign in here to your account.
- Select your registered "Company Name"
- Click on the "Orders" button
- Click on the "Create" button
- Select "Teleport Standard" then click on the "Next" button
- Fill up the details of your sender (Pick-up address) or add from "Address Book"
- The mandatory fields for both Pick-up address and Delivery address are marked with an * then click on the "Next" button
- Geolocation accuracy - Exact location [Recommended]
- Country
- Postal / ZIP code
- State or province
- City
- Address
- Name
- Phone number (in E.164 format: +[country code][number])
Tick "Save" to save new recurring addresses in address book - Select "Manual typing" while "Upload a CSV" is for bulk orders then click on the "Next" button

- Repeat Step 7 and additional mandatory fields for Delivery address are marked with an * then click on the "Next" button
- Cash on delivery (COD) - Without [Recommended]
- Packaging - Single-piece shipment (non-MPS) [Recommended]
- Service - Door-to-door (default) [Recommended]
- Fill up details of your items and click on the "+ Add Order Item" button. The mandatory fields for order items are marked with an *
- Quantity
- Package type - Box, Envelope or Pallet
- Weight (kg)
- Length (cm)
- Width (cm)
- Height (cm)
- Commodity type - Item description
- Commodity currency
- Commodity value - Item value
- Customer reference 1 - Order # [Recommended]
- Review your order details then click on the "Next" button
- Select your preferred Pickup Date then click on the "Estimate Price" before clicking on the "Next" button
- Review your Shipping Amount and scroll down to select your preferred "Payment Method" then click on the "Pay" button
- You have now completed your single Standard order. Click on the "Consignment Note" button to proceed for printing
